however, maybe a little wait and you can find the hale cheaper elsewhere (as i sold one for less than 175, but that one was at a heavy loss)
and the weybridge is just fresh new model so that may end up cheaper as well somewhere else.
i believe the PA and other perrenial favorites at 229 is a great deal no matter when. this is open to all here.

OK. Will keep those in mind.

If you can get anything for less (LIKE !117!) that would be even better.

GuP, I would love to do the 117 for all everytime, but that was initially a bulk purchase of Burtons that had a bit of bad timing on my part...

partly due to the fact that burtons now can be had on ebay for around 150 so i knew they were not going to sale, so i got rid of them at cost. marked this bulk AE purchase up as a slight loss (including my previous hampstead and Niles purchases).

i made mention that i will not be selling clearance AEs anymore due to this problem. clearance AEs lose stock immediately once they hit ebay .

so i will only be doing perennial favorites and newcomer models at my 229 price from now on.

thanks for the interest though, hope you enjoy your burton and PA!

Yes, I think you would be wise to avoid buying AEs in bulk to sell at anything over $100 - especially black bluchers like the Burton or woven ones like the Hampstead - even if they are not clearance models. Even the ugliest AEs can probably sell for less than $100 but aside from a select few styles like the PA, it's hard to quickly unload AEs for more. If I were you, I would stick to Santoni and other high end brands.
