Much to my surprise, the postman rang my bell this morning to hand over a Blackwatch Heirloom cardigan. ("Sunday?" "Sunday.") Thanks to everyone who recommended snapping this up—it's gorgeous.

How hard would it be to tailor a sz 34 Walt into a sz 32? The thigh would probably be fine, but I'd like to take the leg opening down and the waist. I think I can safely take in pants 2", yes?

Safer if you just adjust your body to fit a size 34.

Walts are pretty easy to have tailored. Two inches is a lot to take in and still maintain its shape but it could be done.

Hey Mike,

I know that this is really far in advance, but I was wondering if you would be bringing back your lightweight Egyptian Pima cotton trousers again for next S/S? I really loved the drape on the pair that I own, and my only regret is not stockpiling a few more when they were still in stock.

Today, Khaki Canvas Rivets:

Looking sharp. I dig those colored laces.

Sorry if I missed the latest update on Carminas but when do you guys start putting them up on the site?

This week. Just finished all the photography today. I'm looking to launch Carminas on Thursday afternoon. This will knock you head over arse, guaranteed!

Thanks. for ny winter and ski trips up north

Hmmm, either would be fine. The Lownsdale is a bit more wearable in the city or for a lot of walking. The original Mountain Light is going to fare the best in snow and ice. If you do a lot of skiing, then I'd probably suggest the latter.

Nice, thanks for posting up the photo!

You have an awesome postman. I'd be checking the temperature in hell if we ever got a USPS delivery on Sunday in Brooklyn. Glad that you dig it!

Any chance of a brixton boot color 8 w/ light sole restock?  Just missed the 12.

Yes, but it's going to come Fall '12.

Probably yes. At least in Petrol blue, that's such a cool color.

Just wanted to second the question about if there are any gift cards. It'd be a great idea because I can't really ask for anything from Ep for Xmas/Birthday but by putting together some cards I could feed the habit... Please make this happen Mike!
