Unrelated to clothing, but I was out with some people tonight and my ex was playfully giving me some shit about listening to music that I can't really "enjoy" with other people around me (i.e. east coast hip-hop of the '90s). I told her that wouldn't be the case were I in a place such as Brooklyn. I said that with Mike in mind. I need to venture to a place where I wouldn't be the only person listening to Gangstarr and the like.

Well you should do like Gangstarr and move on from your Ex to the Next, because I think she's busted let's discuss it...

Wow the chino's look even better than I thought. And cheaper too! crazy. When can I give you my money?

    THE CHINOS!!!

When can we start ordering? I've been holding off my chino purchase for these, and they look fantastic...definitely need to kop asap.

those look amazing! can't wait to see the navy version.

Thanks guys! We're getting them measured right now. Hope to have them online tomorrow. We've got plenty of stock in all sizes.

And I'm happy to say that the wash test was a success. No shrinkage in the waist, and just 0.5" shrinkage in the length. The post-wash inseam on these is 34.5".

Oh god yeah, I'm listening to that all the time. I recently took a car ride with my friend and we played the first four Public Enemy albums in succession.

I wish that we could play that in the store. Every now and then I think "What the hell, the streetwear stores can play Gangstarr. Why can't I." Turns out that's the exact moment a really profane track comes on and there's three families shopping in the store for women's TOMS shoes. That's the danger of Pandora.

Sure are. We've got a smooth brown Ranger Boot and a Loden Shell Cordovan Penny loafer coming in for Fall. And we're ordering way more for Spring '11. I love their shoes.

The rivet chinos are amazing. I picked a pair of the British Khaki-colored chinos on Friday and wore them around all day yesterday. The fit is absolutely spot on. I thought I'd be bothered by the low rise, but it's actually more of a medium rise and site very well (at least for me). Bought them TTS.

    Damn.

Thanks again - I'm really glad that you like them so much!

Working on these now - I should have them online tomorrow. They've had a great reception in the store, and I'm already putting more fabric on order for the second run tomorrow.

Hey guys, The Chambray Utility shirts are live! Here's the text, images, and links: Crafted in Los Angeles, EP's by Epaulet is our denim-based house collection. This handsome Chambray Utility Shirt compliments our raw jeans and chino's brilliantly. The shirt is crafted with our usual Epaulet slim fit, but is not darted in the back to allow for a slightly more casual drape. The chest has double flap bellows pockets. Both the slim point collar and cuffs are lined with our signature EP's hickory-striped fabric. Cream colored stitching is used throughout the garment for subtle contrast. A center rear box pleat and unbreakable pearlized plastic buttons finishes it off. EP's Chambray Utility Shirt Red: $120 [IMG] [IMG] EP's Chambray Utility Shirt Greycast Indigo: $120 [IMG] [IMG]

those look great, only nitpick is that i prefer the tab collar on workwear-inspired shirts. the red looks like it'll age pretty well, wonder what a few months in the sun and a few runs through the washer will do.
