overall thoughts?

I personally don't like large lapels, but the suit is nice. Yeah, sleeves a 1/4"-1/2" too short, trousers are too long, and while I like the colour of the shoes, not so sure about the shape.

Too short and too tight (button pulls) CYA doesn't just apply to business.

Good jacket TR, looks good on you. Looks like the correct size. The button pull is minor but I think it is caused from a low right shoulder and button in the wrong place. If you put a sponge or something on your right shoulder to raise the right side it should clean up the right side and you will know the cause for sure. The waist isn't too tight. Move the button towards the edge about 1/2"
I see light brown buttons on this jacket.

It's about 1" short. Showing the crotch seam is a "girl" look. YMMV.

I think a DB looks a little better on the shorter side. But, I'd prefer a little more room all over though. Tony's looks just a tad snug for me. Here's the Duke in some crotch revealing jackets:

I get all my DBs about 1/2" shorter than SBs.

The Duke has button pulling issues too!

Nice sig Parker

These 2 pics illustrate very well how to use the color of your tie. the upper pic with the dark tie draws your eye to the center and his face. The lower pic, the tie washes out and emphasis is on the shoulder/ lapel. Big difference to my eye.
