I drove past a dealership today, and they must have had 20 brand spanking new Challengers on the lot. black, red, Hemi Orange, silver, a friggin sweet gunmetal grey color, and... WHITE!

I am still partial to the 70's though.
I understand the sentimentality, but you have to remember that this is a modern car. You can't make the 1970's dodge challenger anymore. I think they did a great job leaving alone what could be left alone, and its as true to the original as you are ever going to get these days...
Of course you are correct and the thrill of driving an old car quickly fades once you realize it doesn't have the modern conveniences of cars made more recently.
I just cringe when I see a remake of a classic. Let the classics be classic. Are they ******* lazy? All these years and they have to borrow style from the old cars?
