myself, winq, and our female roommate at the time all bought this Uniqlo black suede/gunmetal buckled 1" women's belt last year and it's still my only real belt right now, $20. Very plain, not appallingly cheap looking, and it looks a lot like the nondescript designer belts you pay $200 for, and it goes with a lot of stuff. I think the largest size they had was 90cm and winq and I competed to see who could go the most notches in all fall and winter, I was up to 4 on mine and I think he got 5 maybe, always a 28" hips concept.

..ok i have two streetwear belts but one of them i cant wear anymore since gaining weight. it is a dark antique blue horsehide belt with solid brushed metal badge buckle from unlucky.

i have a Lucky Brand black belt that i wear all the time with my jeans, it is pretty sweet and chunky i love it i will have to post a picture of it soon. i m sure you all will love it.

The Julius belt is pretty cool. Styles well with military stuff, though it is super long, and you gotta figure out inventive ways of not looking like you want to show that you have a 2" long black leather wang. The easiest way to get on the wait list is probably to be related to me and about the same size.

You could try a washed leather belt from Mr Olive. Link

Maybe the black doesn't stand out, but I think some of the other colours would work well with jeans.

I have worn one of these belts quit often since I was ten or so. Very handy. You have to know the laws in your state, though -- and not visit airports, courthouses, postoffices, and the like while inadvertently wearing one though. Sadly, the man who made them recently passed away, so they are gone.

personally though, I am not a fan of wide belts, as I am about 5'9 and 2-3" of belt and buckle width can suck up a lot of my visual height, especially in combination with the various rises of jeans I have. I keep it to the 1" Uniqlo belt but I might figure out a way to get an official TOJ belt that is a bit wider, maybe 1.5-2"...

dizzhizz has a nice Ann Demeulemeester belt that I covet.
