Slim fitting jeans + something to wear other than a t-shirt

Hey guys,

can someone recommend a nice jeans brand? I need jeans that are fitting tightly to (especially) the lower leg (like slim taper maybe) and look well rolled up with white sneakers. I just can't seem to find any. They are either too loose or really skinny. Also finding some in 33 34 EU is hard.
I am also looking for something to wear in the summer other than a t-shirt.

This is my first time visiting this forum so I hope this kind of question makes sense.

How about an ultra thin sweater in Cotton or wool, or a blend. I don't personally think a polo shirt or a linen shirt go well with skinny jeans. But who knows?

Thank you for your recommendation. I´m not looking for skinny jeans tho. More of a slim taper look; and I have plenty of other pants I wouldn´t wear that to jeans anyway
