I found a site that might be what you are looking for. It came up on a google search.
Its called Clothbase and claims to be a "clothing database" of sorts. It allows you to add items/clothing and also post outfits and tag your items.
Its actually really useful b/c your can host images on clothbase and then post them on styleforum and tubmlr etc..
The minimal interface is kind of hard to use, but fun in a way, lol. Here is the link: http://beta.clothbase.com
