You'll have to stick to existing Robert last models, Carmina aren't known for their last switching with patterns and whatnot.

What I understand from Gabriel of Skoaktibolaget is that we could decide all the specs for a specific model for a GMTO. Is that not right?

Does anyone know if carmina does hatch grain?

Yes, but they are not known for their hatch grain finish; GG and EG are much better in this regard.

@teoky

I believe Carmina will keep certain stock models on the stock last but allow different leathers and slight changes to details like sole, eyelets. Pretty sure they DO allow last changes for certain models but I don't know the logic.

Applying a couple of coats of a good cream polish significantly improves the finish, but it does still show wear more easily. If you're willing to add some additional polish when you receive the shoes, go for it.

Looks great though. What color is that?

I don't remember if the original color had a name. They were from SkoAB, so Leaves would know. I think they were just labeled "hatch grain." I used GlenKaren dark brown polish on them to get the "after" color.

Wow. Just wow. Any more of these left?

I'd be so game. They don't do shell GMTOs and currently the single MTO up charge is +50%. Sucks.

Love that 973 boot style. So simple.

Just heard back from SkoAB. Carmina is able to do up Robert last on most of the Forest last design with slight change to details as mentioned. Is there any interesting design in Forest that anyone interested to do up in Robert? I'm open for discussion
