My confusion is just about what aspects a model covers. Is it the basic look before any customizations? Are there specific elements of the look?
Have a look on the website. There are about 5 or 6 different models of Chelsea boot each with their own model number. So assuming "Chelsea boot" is a style, then model number is a narrower classification than style.

To clarify, it is easier to view the above information under the "CUSTOMISE" section of the website.

I hate to add on to the complaints about different colored shoes but these arrived today. I can get past the fact that they came with creased vamps and obvious wear on the soles from being tried on in the NYC store where they shipped from since I got them on sale, but the obvious color difference makes me sad.

Waiting on the return label...

Do you think these could be stripped and recolored to make them even? There's a shade difference, I agree. I'm not sure if you got a great deal on these, or paid MSRP (in which case I agree more strongly they should be replaced by a fresh pair).
Just a thought... Let us know what happens.

They turned out great! I need a pair of brown vegano in my collection.
Yup, I was without a pair of brown calf shoes, and I needed these. They are great. No defects, good solid craftsmanship. The leather is quite soft. The creasing is very fine. The color is a true neutral brown, and I can't wait for it to age.

This is the Carmina we all know and love.

Newbie here again. I noticed pictures of the Buger last outside SF and liked it's narrowness and length. But I can't find it on the Customizer or anywhere on the Carmina site. If its still around? I'd like it for a Chelsea or balmoral boot.

Sometimes they make shoes on a last that isn’t listed. Best thing to do is drop their customer service (in Spain) an email detailing what you’re interested in. They’ll then advice on whether it’s possible and how to proceed.

by the way , Buger is very narrow. If you like it , Simpson is also a good option .
