Phew good thing I am primarily flat-footed. I have a pair of AE Strands and while the sides don't "bow" out too much I can see that the last shape is geared more toward people with higher insteps.Great choice.

They suit my high instep fine. More accommodating in that respect than my G&G Wigmores.
Maybe my memory is bad, or possibly the comment I read was incorrect.
