Has anyone used the Vogue suede for the shaft of a calway?

I wonder if it would work. Maybe I should ask Carmina

I just received a pair with burgundy vogue suede. However, I didn't realize when ordering that Vogue suede is thinner than the other options. I'm still breaking them in, but I walked 10 miles two days ago in them and didn't any issues with the shaft. But I guess time will tell on how they will hold up.

How do you find the sole? Did you order single or double sole? Mind taking some sole pics? I'm really interested in doing a C/4 + tramuntana makeup on Sineu.

I'm contemplating a perforated cap-toe derby in suede and can't decide on which last to go for

I got a pair recently. First time trying, fits identical to Oscar. Fit is subjective of course.

So, I've worn these about 3 hours total. The double sole is fine so far - I have no complaints. But, too soon to have a valid opinion.

This has already become my favorite pair of Chelsea boots despite not having even been taken out for its maiden voyage yet! I'm considering paying Bedo's Leatherworks a visit to get Triumph toe plates installed (if it works with Tomir sole?).

Does anyone else struggle with how Carmina blocks their Chelseas and Jodhpurs at the instep? I like my Jodhpurs, but I can't say that they were a complete success because I have to cinch the strap to the last hole and even then it's spacious. I have a pair of shell Chelseas that aren't as exaggerated as your boots, but I'm going to sell them because I can tell that my instep is too low for the fit to make me happy.
