Great bluchers. I use them as beaters and the upper condition stays strong. Detroit?

These are relatively new, this is only the third time I wear them and the first time that I actually walk more than a mile. Very comfortable the Detroit last for me.

Also I didn't have a new shoe trees and I tried an extra pair of Vass shoe trees in the P2 last and they fit perfectly, they fit like lasted for this shoe lol, odd.

Sale going on at Baltzar. There isn't much available, but thought I'd pass it along. Snagged these single monks because the price was too good to pass up.

Apologies if this has been discussed multiple times, but... Inca / Rain last, from recollection they are near enough identical?

Thanks. Clearly my ability to accurately recollect has rapidly diminished with age!
I think , from memory, there is a lot less room in the toe box of Inca. It’s more symmetrical than Rain. Lovely last though. Sineu is very similar to Rain. But it’s almond shaped as oppose to chisel shaped. Fit , at least for me, is very similar.

Thanks. I have a pair of Adelaide's in Rain, that are a perfect fit.

Going to take the plunge on a pair of Chelsea Boots in Inca.

Just be aware that there is far less room for the big toe in the Inca last. If it’s almond toe you want and rain fits you, I’d go with sineu.

Thanks for the input.

The Rain is pretty roomy in the toe for me, as I have a relatively slender foot. So, given the Carmina options I think I'll plump for the Inca. Worst case it's a return.

The Inca last looks great in chelseas and monk straps. Nice choice. What build are you or is it mto?

I'm in the market for a black Chelsea Boot with a rubber sole, like Danite or such, and I love the profile of the Carmina boot.

For whatever reason Inca is the only last - in black - I can see with the rubber sole that I like, so it's partly out of necessity.

Anyone ever sent shoes back to Carmina for a resole? What was the process and are you satisfied with the results? Will Carmina resole Blake stitched shoes as well?
