Does anyone have pictures of snuff suede vs tobacco suede in natural lighting? I ordered a pair of snuff Chelsea boots last weekend but I am still a little undecided between snuff and tobacco. The pictures on Carmina's website are always all over the place. Some look dark, some look light.

I am planning on wearing these boots mainly in casual settings and want a versatile color that can be worn with blue/black jeans and chinos in navy, light grey, olive.

Has anyone heard from @Carmina in the last few days? I'd like to discuss a couple of changes on the order that I submitted Sunday but haven't been able to connect yet via PM.

Also, curious what you guys think about a norwegian boot on the detroit? I don't believe it's been done or at least I have not been able to find a photo of a pair.

FInally a question about Detroit sizing. I have 2 pairs on detroit currently that fit well but are just a tad generous. I tried a pair a half size down in EE and felt they were just slightly narrow but otherwise seemed to be ok. About how much wider is EEE vs. EE? Or alternatively, anyone try Detroit EE in their normal TTS and compared vs. a half size down in EEE?

Just their [email protected] one from the order confirmation, I wanted to see if they had some shell not on the customization page and they got back in an hour or so with confirmation and swatches.

Can anyone provide a picture of a double leather sole with dainite? I’ve ordered a pair of snuff suede Rain lasted NST derbies with this configuration. I’m concerned it will look a little too chunky even as a casual shoe.

I've had great service and response time from the Carmina Barcelona store with my recent order. The US store has not been responsive. Their email is [email protected]. Hope this helps.

I’ve found the main customer service to be very responsive and helpful. Usually get an answer to emails the next day at the latest.
