Did you notice those say made in usa 2x? Heres the tag off my 875s, they are a little older...

Yeah, I assumed that was connected to the union marking. But that doesn't eliminate the possibility that they're fake, I guess. I wonder if the company would help me figure it out.

Meanwhile, do just have to accept the return and pay the shipping?

ok well then i'd suggest a quick review of the RW size chart (and again, my pic above) and compare to yours, the EU measurement looks pretty wrong. that's all i can offer you good luck

Quick question just got a return request, of course, they listed it as "Item not as described." They are highlighting that the jacket does measure about 22 from pit to pit.

I'm curious if I can win this?

What's annoying is they sent me several offers until I finally accepted one then got this.

That seems like buyer's remorse, and it is quite wrong to say that it is significantly not as described. You described it accurately, he made an incorrect assumption.

He's clearly not going to be happy unless you take it back, so I would suggest to him that he just cancel the transaction with your concurrence, rather than hitting you with an unjustified SNAD complaint.

I’m digging that jacket if it gets returned.

One thought, why didn’t he just claim “not as described” and say “this jacket is not pants.” Or are there pants included also?

The Lululemon pic is a mistake, it's not a part of the claim. For some reason, I can't delete the pic.

So what items are we talking about? The lululemon pants from the listing or the TNF jacket in the photo? Im a little confused, but then again I Am on some drugs right now.

I think he’s saying that because there’s a seam visible on either side of the chest, the “true” p2p is smaller than advertised...because the portions beyond the seam “go to the back” and are only available to his lats or something — not the area directly under his chest. And then he shows one of his own jackets with the same p2p measurement, but no visible side seams.

Kind of a weird claim as the chest measurement is just a circle that includes your lats and everything, no? Hmm.

Boost option? Never seen that. Is that the same as the “sell all my **** quick” button.

The Newcombs were going to be a tough sell even without the holes in the in both soles and damage to the woven leather. Trash those things. I leave a ton of the less desirable AE models unless they're in great condition and cheap.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I suspect your slow sales might be due to the quality and presentation of the items. Poorly lit photos, no measurements, badly wrinkled items, and shoes with holes in the bottom, make the items not very appealing for buyers.

What's the period I have to wait from when a return is approved and the buyer hasn't shipped to I can call and have it closed? Is it 5 business days?
