One more...I've tried the website, the old catalogs but cant find these.... no insoles so maybe fro the orthotics line but cant find the PTB with the side "holes" as well. So close to the Benton but not exact

I'm in the same boat. I'm a fairly low volume seller, so I think I'm going to have to kiss my top rated seller discounts goodbye when the new system goes online. That or really ramp up my sales (which I need to, but I have a severe deficit of time).

So this guy from Brazil bought one of my SCs and I'm fairly happy since I never ever imagined it would sell this high.

Thing is, it's clearly stated in my listing that international buyers have to wait for an invoice and he didn't. He paid already but the shipping here is more expensive that I expected (via surface, it's ******* long). Can I revise an item invoice? I don't see where to do that.
The guy already agreed with that..
