Soooooo... they messaged you saying they needed it by a certain date?

And you obliged???

First guy actually requested a lower price at first. Not a low-ball really, but I declined. He returned later and purchased for asking, and asked me to ship it quick. Second lady told me of her planned use in a message thanking me for shipping fast.

Sold a supreme jacket to a guy that needed it for a party last week, had the same fear of return but he got it and left really good feedback

This is my normal experience. I'm just venting a little. The false snad guys and clothes renters are just above the return fraudsters on the eBay scum hierarchy.

I want to give a kudos to eBay and PayPal. This was my first time going through a dispute. Other than some call holds times longer than 15 minutes, the whole mess was resolved super fast, neg was deleted, and the CSRs were pleasant to work with.

Buyer requested return “doesn’t fit” and in the comments section says the item was not as described (my measurements are in photo with a measuring tape, so not really described, all the info is there for the buyer to see, full transparency). I don’t accept returns so I declined. He then messages me threatening the neg and to elevate on eBay. At this point I don’t respond. Ebay rules quickly in my favor because return request was “doesn’t fit”. He then files a claim on PayPal for “not as described” and they put my funds on hold. I respond in the PayPal resolution center after speaking with them on the phone, post some screenshots of the eBay case resolution, and everything is resolved in my favor 48 hours after it all started.
