A fellow roaster? What is your equipment and preferred brew method? If I'm going brand then Philz Ambrosia in San Francisco. If I'm going to roast then medium or a light-dark roast blend. The real secret is to roast whole cardamom pods before grinding with the whole beans. I've also been experimenting grinding the coffee beans with tumeric, fennel and cinnamon to change up the flavors.
Edit: always cream - preferably whole whipping cream, never sugar
Oops. Typo. I meant to say "going for roast". I'd love to learn how to roast coffee beans ever since growing up near a coffee shop. My preferred brew method is plain old drip; French press if I feel like shaking it up. Single origin agree. What's a city++?A fellow roaster? What is your equipment and preferred brew method?
I tend to stick to single origins and a light medium roast or city++ to full city.
