If I'm going brand then Philz Ambrosia in San Francisco. If I'm going to roast then medium or a light-dark roast blend. The real secret is to roast whole cardamom pods before grinding with the whole beans. I've also been experimenting grinding the coffee beans with tumeric, fennel and cinnamon to change up the flavors.

Edit: always cream - preferably whole whipping cream, never sugar

Browning design, 1919A4. This one was USGI that was modified by the Israelis in the 60's for a 7.62mm. So it's a mix of manufacturers. I need to run some more rounds through it before I sandblast and parkerize it. It's got a new pintle that's running a little tighter than usual and needs some adjustment before I get it to the range.
