Looking at this d'Avenza tuxedo with a very interesting fabric. Black wool with these blue sparkles. Part of me thinks it's hideous, the other half very eye-catching and subtlety unique.

Thoughts?

Other than costume, a Hollywood party or perhaps a nightclub where people wear suits.

Can you id this sunglasses? It looks like a Ray Ban clubmaster, but is more rectangular
Also, the frames go all the way around the lens.
The pic appears to be taken on the vietnam war, so its a 70's model,I Just cant find it anywhere.

What’s the best way to ship a boot from the USA to India.
I have my eye on an Alden boot and they don’t ship overseas.
I have a friend in NYC who is willing to be a proxy.
does anyone have any idea which shipping company he should should use. Something economical and safe. Don’t care about time required.

Hey guys. I got fat during this pandemic and my suits now fit really tight, so much so that if I bend over I'm afraid they'd rip. I need a cheap RTW suit for a wedding, is Hickey Freeman still pretty solid?

I've looked at the older threads here but most of them haven't been updated since 2015 and it looked like they used to have different lines for quality (i.e. Mahogany) but they don't seem to have them anymore when I checked their website.

I can find HF and Boglioli suits on sale for under $500 but the Boglioli look to be slimmer fit. I'm preferably looking for something that is a drop 7 as I'm probably a 42R for jacket and a 34 for pants. I think HF are all drop 6? I don't want to spend much as I only wear suits at most once or twice a year for weddings. Which one would you recommend? Or any other suggestions for a better alternative in the same price range? Thanks.

I think some of the Spier & Mackay core suits are under $500. You can also ask them to swap out pants to the size you need if they have them.

USPS is the most affordable- and they offer a tracked & insurable service cheaper than anyone else. That’s just the regular postal service.
