The castle's not small, he's just very big. You can tell by the Inglese sleeves

Rollneck sizing question here: I have a size M Inis Meain alpaca silk rollneck, but it's too short in the body and sleeves. In hindsight, I should've bought a large. If I'm just looking at fixing those issues, should I go with a size 4 or 5 in the GRP merino rollneck? For reference, I'm typically a 39 or 40R.

I'll 3rd the Leather Spa recommendation. They flawlessly repaired a pretty large rip in an armpit of my Clint a couple years ago.

I'll be sending the Clint back to them soon though as I just noticed two small rips in the opposite armpit last week. 😞
