Considering some of the Norwegian Rain coats. From the description it sounds like for most of them the liner is NOT detachable, is that correct? Will they be comfortable above freezing or too warm? There's a lot of 45-55 and downpour weather where I am.

@veloaudio vest looks great. I’d say L fits you better than M fits me. I’m maybe between sizes.

@Sartorium Moscow is what I have with a liner and that could be too warm in 40 degrees though maybe not with rain. Definitely if you are walking briskly (it gets hot shoveling snow in it!)
