If you have a lot of brown and green outerwear... this seems like something that will be choice beneath it.

If you're having cart problems please clear the cart specifically with the clear cart button, and if you're having problems with codes please try a new session in an incognito window. Still working out the bugs but those are the workarounds we have found in the meantime.

If we ordered something after giving up trying to get the code to work will you credit us? The spring20 code was showing up for a recent purchase but then not getting applied at check-out and I didn't want to sleep on it.

Sure, we can do that in that kind of situation, but we just ask you to reach out to us once you're certain you'll be keeping the item. It makes a mess of the returns process otherwise.

Can you elaborate on the issue you were having though? Just for trouble shooting. Am I reading your post right on that the code was appearing as applied on the checkout page but then once you clicked submit it went away?

Made my first (!!!) NMWA purchase this morning, but haven't yet received a confirmation email. Should I be concerned, or is it fine since I can see the order in my account?

It was late at night so I'm a little fuzzy. I remember seeing the discount when I submitted the code, and then I noticed a couple of days later in the receipt that I was charged full price. Sorry I can't be of more help. I e-mailed you already (it's the IKIJI butcher stripe popover) so just ignore that and I'll make sure it's staying with me before I check in again. Thanks again.
