The fun part about being young and not working in a completely formal atmosphere is that you can break away from stuffy conventions.

Luxire posted this a while ago and it's also on their website...anyone know the fabric is ( @luxire ) and if it holds a crease etc well. I'm going to make my first Luxire pant purchase shortly (replicate existing pants) and am looking for two fairly basic colours (brown duck canvas) and a khaki or stone type colour. Both for business casual. Would rather not spend too much until I see how the replication goes.

Also these:

and these:
edit: cream twill chino.

Cannot find anything regarding these fabrics, but all look nice.

Yesterday night I have placed my second order with Luxire for a pair of linen trousers.
I ordered the first pair using the measurements from a pair of wool trousers that fit me well.
The result was a perfectly wearable pair with just a little too much fabric in the hips and a roomy leg.
For the second pair I just reduced a little the hip, thigh, knee and ankle measurements.

Two days ago I went to my shirtmaker to collect a couple of linen bespoke shirts made using my usual patterns.
I tried them on in the shop and we both agreed that they appeared a little larger than the ones made (on the same patterns) in popeline or oxford. He said that linen usually gives that impression. No changes were required, I am more than happy to wear them a tad larger as they are summer shirts.

I am thinking about this "linen larginess" and wondering if, when I will order future pants from Luxire in fabrics different than linen, I shall consider this and get non-linen pants with larger measurements in order not to have them too tight.
Any experience or advice?

I think that dugdale Moleskin is mine. Wouldn't call it a summer trouser though at 20oz! I assume you've modified it to be brighter than it is in real life?

Yes, modified color and fit it in there for a pretty picture.

Is that a real person with the color modified to black and white, or does your mannequin have a mustache and ring?

:) Real person. The place is the terrace of our new office with coconut trees reaching the top. The image was supposed to be like below but got mis-communicated.

We had a long review session of recent Pants patterns and I think that some of the issues recently discussed are a thing of the past. Dugdale Yorkshire Tweed Brown
Good to hear, but can you please elaborate on how you are correcting the problem. It will probably give most of us (or just me) added comfort for future pant orders. Thanks

And whether or not our patterns are automatically adjusted.
