Lazy Sun Release 003

We have a new color in the Donovan Double Knee, Coyote, releasing today. A rich dark tan color in the same 12.4oz cotton paper twill from Japan as previous Donovans. We made some small but impactful design changes this round, including heavyweight herringbone pocket bags and new antique brass two prong hardware from Japan. As with previous releases, the Donovans are made in small batches in Los Angeles, CA. The same design changes carry over to a small size restock in the Donovan olive colorway, now live on our site.

Along with the Donovans we have a batch of new hats as shown below.

And finally, we have reduced the price of our Lazy Sun t-shirts and hoodies!

Was just looking at at the new Engineered Garments: https://lazysun.com/collections/engineered-garments
I feel like they've made a Bedford the every season for the past 15 years. Still a cool staple though.
Very true! I had a Bedford way back in the early 2010's that I wore constantly. I do love this cone denim version that really highlights all the workwear threading details that are usually lost with the tonal stitching.

The ones that I have are the original in melton wool, but then later in various tweeds, and one interesting one is a cool wrinkled twill. I also liked the shawl collared Bedfords, which my daughter has now stolen. Tonal stitching does sound good, like a riff on a jean jacket. Is it pale yellow or brighter yellow stitching, or the white stitching of union suits?

Super cool detailing, more reminiscent of the 30-40's coveralls or union suits with the white stitching. Always loved the removable shank button detail as well.
