Well, ****...I go away and this is what I get.
I'm well aware of my need to bulk up, so no offense taken. I'm trying to do so at the moment, and seeming to succeed. I think that picture was a mistake though, as everyone was going to be immediately distracted.
It's my girlfriend's best friend, FWIW.

I recommend getting Whey Protein Powder (vanilla) from GNC. I am not saying it is the best as I am far from gym-addict, but when I need to add muscle mass fast I drink a glass of that (taste like milk-shake)after each gym session and I noticeably bulk up within 2 months.
As far as 3-some goes I don’t want to discourage you in any way. Keep trying, BUT speaking from experience, when it’s done with amateurs it is no good.

I'm always skeptical of that stuff. I don't know why, built in-distrust/resentment of gym-maniacs. I will try it though - I was lurking one of the relevant threads in BC and all the heavy lifters were recommending it...
I'm not trying for the 3-some anymore, at this point keeping the relationship with my girlfriend is more important and our inherent jealousy would probably lead to that tearing us apart...
