Dont try to bulk up. Just eat a balanced diet and undergo moderate exercise. How old are you? You will most likely get bigger later, like I did.

Now I am trying to lose a little weight.

Realistically, more MTM than Bespoke. Fairly satisfied but I got a lot of comments about the size of the trousers. I'm 20, for reference - I'm also diabetic and I have one of those never-gain-weight metabolisms, as does my mother, father, and most of my uncles. I'm reluctant to bet on that, though, because it might give out at any minute so I have to have good exercise habits.

You might want to talk to Kronik if jail time ever arises. He has gone on record as saying that he would rather have an inmate finish in his mouth than in his caboose. Why anyone would be thinking about those things and feel the need to start a thread about it is beyond me, but at least we know where he stands.

Of course, you could luck out and have a Connie-type as your cell mate. He woudl obviously be the submissive one.

To return to your original question, have you tried wearing jackets with more structure in the shoulders and chest? This might balance your overall look a bit. More structured jackets needn't be wide or boxy. Look, for example, at Holdfast's pictures on the what are you wearing now thread.

Personally, I think that it is best to learn to live with one's body and to make moderate, flattering adjustments with clothing and exercise. The worst thing is to look like you're trying very hard to transform yourself in accord with some unrealistic image.
