Beautiful color, but I don't think I would have chosen a black edge and heel. Maybe something closer to the color of the tassel.
This thread always becomes a G+G gaggle threk. The shoes are pedestrian (no pun intended) they are not a great example of G+G design, workmanship or style. They look like fuzzy dice in the front of a late '60s Chevy. Sorry-- bad execution. I don't know who to blame the maker or the purchaser.
Keep yo' pie hole shut, boy.
Typical SF response. Never ever talk about the emperor's nakedness.
Aw, cute. Now go get your shinebox.
Lightweight. Go home and bring some better shite and then I will talk to you. You so silly.
Hey nice job - not a big loafer fan but that's a great style. Weston's ?

I know you've been away awhile so you probably haven't heard... Burton doesn't shine shoes anymore.
Had all my EGs out tonight - trying to come up with the color for my next acquisition. I'm looking to get a punch cap/ adelaide (Lichfield, Canterbury, Midfort)
Had all my EGs out tonight - trying to come up with the color for my next acquisition. I'm looking to get a punch cap/ adelaide (Lichfield, Canterbury, Midfort) Would like a warm brown, but not too dark. Right now thinking burnt pine (same as the Dovers below), any other suggestions?
