J, can there be a limit to the size of signatures? You wouldn't want me reposting the exact same message all over different threads all the time. I would probably get banned. Yet, why allow repeated massive signatures?

Signatures are fun and entertaining. I like links to blogs etc and to B&S threads, but why more than a line or two?

For some reason I didn't realize I could limit it easily. I set it to 7 for now and lowered the biggest font size, and I can reduce it if that doesn't help enough. It is kind of annoying if they are too long, I agree.

Ugh, his sig is unchanged. I would guess that the 7-line limit is only effective for the vBulletin code, but not the rendered text that we see.

I'd bet it's a going-forward limit: I had two longer sigs but when I went to change them, they were forced to be under 250 characters. I have no idea when that change went though, but I was probably fine until I changed them, and then the forced edit came down.
