The slight billowing is probably due to the fact that Desert94 is very thin.
I've noticed this billowing too, guess you are right. Maybe i should try jeans that are a little less tight in thigh

Janson -- I don't care for the shirt and pants combo. Darker pants would be better with that shirt. Gray or a darker tan would be worth a try. I don't like the pleats. I don't care for the tie and shirt together. Not sure what tie goes properly with that shirt.

Bomber may be fine but I can't focus on it due to the other problems.

So I propose a total relaunch, but I am trying to be constructive. Post something else and see how it goes.

Not sure the jeans are causing it. You are very slim so a certain amount of that billowing is probably unavoidable. You could tailor your shirts very closely, but that does not look good on especially skinny people.

WWMK around here has a similar build. He had a long development arc in which he tried many different approaches before finding something that worked. You may want to search some of his posts and WAYWTs to see what he did.

I think he should bulk up a little bit at the gym. Even WWMK started to go to the gym.

That bootcut is overwhelming, with the rest of the fit looking so slim. Need to get them taken in or something.

Top half is fine. Those jeans are a disaster.
