When you walk do the heels slip? Can you fit your finger behind your heel? If so they're too big. If not then it's because the camera is on the floor which distorts the size. Some advice (goes for everyone) but try to have the camera at a little above waist level for accurate proportions.

That was the only angle my friend could figure out to take where it showed the dress and shoes. I wish it showed more of the shoes because they are an architectural feat of beauty lol...

Nope, heels fit fine when I walk, if they were smaller my toes would be so uncomfortable because the toe box is so pointed. I also have heel cushions that stand out a bit from the back of the shoe so my heels don't rub.

Usually I'm not a F21 fan, it makes me sad that EVERYTHING in that store is a blatant knock off of something else way, way cooler ...and the people that shop there religiously have no idea! I bought that dress on a whim because I had store credit... it fits so well, but I'm pretty sure it wishes it was Michael Kors with that print.
