Nice and unobtrusive, the way men should dress (most of the time). The fit is good (well, at least what you can conclude from one still), the color choices nice: basic dark and light blue plus the shoes make it stand out in an understated way. I wish more people (here and even more so, IRL) would dress that boring.

I suspect I would have also gone with a blue tie with that suit/shirt - maybe a blue houndstooth to keep with your pattern? I seem to always use blue ties with pink striped shirts.
