If cooked well (read: long, slow cooking, pot roast style), I really enjoy bear. One of my college friends hunts bear every season, and it's a really nice change of pace meat; a little tougher that beef, but I think the flavor is a little bit stronger. Mixed up with some slow-roasted potatoes and good seasoning, it's a great comfort food meal.
