Does your friend sit when he takes a leak?
No but he's an old English gentleman who has been working for British Airways for way too long if that counts for something

He wears a full 3-piece suit to work every single day, I don't understand how he can get away with looking like Churchill.

A number of years back: Trembling Blue Stars' Little Gunshots

Of course, I spent high school thinking that any song from New Order, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, or The Cure, was written about my life.

I spent college thinking that any song from The Smiths was written specifically to irritate the living hell out of me.

Well, I thought Jules' had a certain massively sad and neurotic quality. I like enough other Tears.

i couldn't break down the song lyrically and transpose my own analogous (while not mostly literal) experiences without giving too much of myself. stuff i cant imagine anyone wanting to read anyway. this much i will say, the first time i heard the song in company, they sang along. theres a bleak angst thats betrayed by the melody.

The bigger the cushion, the sweeter the pushin'
That's what I said
The looser the waistband, the deeper the quicksand
Or so I have read

My baby fits me like a flesh tuxedo
I'd like to sink her with my pink torpedo

Big bottom, big bottom
Talk about bum cakes, my girl's got 'em
Big bottom drive me out of my mind
How could I leave this behind?

I met her on Monday, twas my lucky bun day
You know what I mean
I love her each weekday, each velvety cheek day
You know what I mean

My love gun's loaded and she's in my sights
Big game is waiting there inside her tights, yeah

Big bottom, big bottom
Talk about mud flaps, my girl's got 'em
Big bottom drive me out of my mind
How could I leave this behind?

You talk too much,
Never saying what's on your mind,
It's written on your face,
An' in the words you hide behind
I know what you want,
I can see what you're looking for,
I know what you want from me,
An' I'm gonna give you more

I'm gonna slide it in
Right to the top,
Slide it in,
I ain't never gonna stop
Slide it in,
Right to the top,
I'm gonna slide it in, slide it in,
Slide it, in baby...

Sometimes you seem
Just like a stranger to me,
But, all the games you play
Make it so easy to see
You're looking for love,
Tho' you try to deny,
The things you put me through
Tell me what I've got to do to you

I'm gonna slide it in,
Right to the top,
Slide it in,
I ain't never gonna stop
Slide it in,
Right to the top,
I'm gonna slide it in, slide it in...

You talk too much,
Always treating me so unkind,
I know what I've got to do,
To get me some peace of mind

I'm gonna slide it in,
Right to the top,
Slide it in,
I ain't never gonna stop
Slide it in,
Right to the top,
I'm gonna slide it in, slide it in,
Slide it in,
Right to the top
Slide it in,
I ain't never gonna stop
Slide it in,
Right to the top,
I'm gonna slide it in, slide it in, slide it,
Slide it in, slide it in,
Right to the top, baby...
