I had a pastor who was largely responsible for turning me into an atheist.

a friend, of my age and a mother of 2 little girls, fighting cancer that has spread to several parts of her body. everytime I get to correspond with her she and her husband seemed optimistic and cheerful, eventhough I know for a fact that the past couple of years were pretty hard. it really made me realize that all my so-called problems amount to **** compared to what she's facing, and she never complains even under severe pain nor does she gets angry at her situation right now. if there's anybody I would call my hero right now, that would definitely be her.
