Who can advise on superfoods and herbal supplements?

First of you take fish oil if you aint eating fish 3/week so grilling a salmon 1/week isn't enough, why do you think japanese live longer, fish instead of red meat is one key factor.

Second, superfood are no bullshit, a bit on the promoting side with the word yes, but take Acai a natural fruit that are WAY more rich in antioxidants then number two on the list. Obviously one can't get an hold on them, therefor getting it on a jar is a good choice. Now, one can eat blueberries instead, but its good to change it up once in a while with the fruits highest on the list and see if there is a different in energy, skin, and mood. I haven't but interested none the less
