1) Greens + 2) Multivitamin (Opti Men - but will be replacing with something more "generic" soon... can't stand the taste) 3) Fish oil 4) Iso whey You guys should really check out this link: http://www.informationisbeautiful.ne...l-supplements/ It gives you a rundown of what supplements are good for you and which are full of ****, also tells you which vitamins and supplements treat which conditions. By the way, that link isn't spam.

Nope. Doesn't bother me a bit, and magnesium is magnesium, citrate is just a different form than ZMA (aspartate). I just save money buying mag cit and zinc gluconate separately. It doesn't have the laxative effect unless you take more than your body can absorb. Besides, if something is gonna have me running to the bathroom almost ******** my pants, it's going to be the chlorella and spirulina, not just over 100% DRV of magnesium

This knocks me out like benadryl, but without the hangover. I use it on nights when I want some intense sleep to make up for lost time. Maca is my second favorite pre workout supplement, behind caffeine. Yohimbe is probably the most powerful, but it makes me a nervous wreck for the rest of the day.
I love me some maca, but only take it pre-workout occasionally because it loses its effect really fast. What exactly knocks you out, the GABA, or the mag + zinc + GABA?

I didn't read your first post well enough. I take Cal+mag and that knocks me out, I take zinc in the morning.

Whats your experience with GABA? Sounds interesting.

Had a bottle here from Vitamin Shoppe for about a year, and I only took it once or twice. If I recall correctly, after about 15 minutes it made me a bit dizzy and short of breath, then I crashed out and had crazy dreams.

There have been some pretty huge studies on vitamin C mega-dosing, and little evidence of any benefit.

probably plenty of studies on multis, vitamin d, fish oil and glucosamine supplements too...

i don't understand why people just don't eat a balanced diet.

Currently taking a laundry list of vitamins and supplements. It's my new passion/ hobby. Daily Regimen: Nature's Way Alive! Whole Food Energizer Multi-Vitamin(2x) [^http://www.swansonvitamins.com/NW575/ItemDetail <--- read the ingredients. incredible stuff] Neptune Krill Oil (2x) Ginko Bilboa (2x) Ashwaganda (1x) Turmeric (2x MWFSu) Milk Thistle (4-6x MWFSu) Acai Berry Extract (1x MWFSu) Cinnamon (6x TuThSa) Maca Root (1-3x TuThSa) Cayenne Pepper Pills (2-3x TuThSa) + coupled with proper diet, exercise and generally positive living. I spend a lot of time and money on researching/ consuming this stuff. But I've found vast improvements in all facets of my live (body, mind, libido, weight loss, etc). I'd be happy to "jam" with anybody about vitamins and supplements if interested, as I still have plenty left to learn myself.

JG, I'm a maca lover too, if you don't mind a little advice, don't take it every day, or even regularly.

Maca loses its effect so fast I've found, even if you cycle it.

I just keep a bottle of Vitamin Shoppe brand Maca extract handy. When I'm dragging ass in the morning, or need a big pick me up before a workout I pop 5 caps. Only when necessary though.

Whoa, cool link. Does it mean anything in terms of where the supplements are placed left to right?
