I love me some maca, but only take it pre-workout occasionally because it loses its effect really fast. What exactly knocks you out, the GABA, or the mag + zinc + GABA?This knocks me out like benadryl, but without the hangover. I use it on nights when I want some intense sleep to make up for lost time. Maca is my second favorite pre workout supplement, behind caffeine. Yohimbe is probably the most powerful, but it makes me a nervous wreck for the rest of the day.
I didn't read your first post well enough. I take Cal+mag and that knocks me out, I take zinc in the morning.
