Yes. Visually, especially with a grey suit, I like the effect that a belt has at the waist, and to me it looks incomplete without one.

SF approved... I guess black wingtips....

In recent years I've developed a strong distaste for black wingtips, or wingtips of any color for that matter, with a suit. Although I have several pairs of shell blucher wingtips in black, #8, and brown, I only wear them with casual clothing. I don't own any wingtip oxfords, and won't buy any.
