Started up a barrel aged Manhattan run. 25 oz Bulleit rye, 6 oz Noilly Prat, 1.5 oz orange bitters. All in a 1L oak barrel, which I'm still waiting to stop leaking. Probably should have done that before I mixed all the liquor, but didn't know it would take this long. So I have a liter of Manhattan sitting around in a measuring cup with a halfassed lid.

Went from some recipe this time, was hard to gauge the bitters when scaled up. I sampled the mix, seemed pretty good to my taste. The stupid barrel isn't ready yet anyway, plenty of time to test it again later and see if I want to add more.
