Great look, especially the jacket. However, I wonder if it isn't just a hair large, see the shoulders and body length.
The shoulders are a bit extended, but I think the length is good. It just goes to the bottom of my crotch, but the camera angle does seem to elongate my torso and shrink my lower half. I should probably find a way set up a camera at a distance, but this method is so easy.

@JIMB I like the direction, consider:

Higher rise denim
Tuck the belt end

Looks like you were in a rush btw.

Agree with @gettoasty call me a purist but that denim wash seems a bit out of place but that’s just me. I like the components individually but together it looks a bit messy to me.

Makes sense, thanks! The wash (well, the wear; original wash was dark several years ago) would go better with a less elegant top. Thinking of doing mtm jeans to accommodate cycling thighs if anyone has tips.

Was in a bit of a rush, tried to frame it better this time:

I wasn’t sure if that was wear or a wash, but they look great! What are they?

For me the iron heart devils fit worked for my strong thighs as well. But the rise was pretty low.

I did just get the high rise taper from Japan blue when I went a few months ago and they work lovely as a slightly more dressy denim. Higher rise and enough room in the thighs for me.

But I like this outfit a lot.

Unfortunately the trousers shrunk a couple cm so they are a bit shorter than I usually like, but I am making due.

This is a great all around spring look. I like everything but the loafers, but then again, I've never liked kiltie loafers, so that's just me.
