Sunny but chilly - my favourite weather. Been staying at home for a while after a knee surgery so today was the first time I got some fresh air.

Reversible Valstarino
Colhay's lambswool crewneck
Blackhorse Lane bespoke ecru jeans
Edward Green Piccadilly in mind suede
I guess one of the silver linings of being laid up is to allow you more time to appreciate your new watch.

The Valstarino and Rolex are nicely complementary designs from overlapping cultural periods. The Datejust (1945) is rightly seen as an icon of Mid-Century Design. The iridescent, jewelry like, Datejust Jubilee bracelet though reads to me as very 30’s Art Deco influenced; from about the time of the Valstarino introduction (1935).

Thank you - that's a nugget of knowledge that I hadn't considered before.

This is a jacket made by Valstar, but are you sure you can call it a «Valstarino»?
A Valstarino is a take on the traditional A1 flight jacket, and has the trademark front pockets will flaps, not the case on your model.
To me those flap pockets give character to that jacket, that otherwise is just a classic suede blouson.
