That is a great reason. And a great answer, well said.I was born and grew up in the former Soviet Union and have always felt really drawn to certain Russian writers; Solzhenitsyn and Dostoevsky most of all. Solzhenitsyn always stuck out to me because of the way in which he criticized the Soviet Union while still maintaining a deep love for Russia, Russian culture, and the Russian people. That struck a chord with me when I first started reading his books and I've always been drawn to his writing and lectures.
