I’m same measurements as you and ordered M & L, ended up keeping the M. The L just looked sloppier due to the extra width, in my opinion.

That's currently not in the plans, but something I'm definitely open to exploring once we get further along on our current production.

The Sunset Court Shorts are slightly looser (1" around) in the waist than the Sweatshorts and Souvenir/Concord Sweatpants. They have a shorter elastic band in the waist as well.

We just restocked/released a couple new colors in the Artist Long Sleeve. We have a new hoodie silhouette slated to release in December along with sweatpants. We're a bit behind on our french terry top releases, but plan to restock the Full Zip Hoodie in Black along with new colors in the Pull Over Hoodie and Crew Neck Sweatshirt soon. Stay tuned for that.

Did you guys go TTS in the shorts? I went TTS but it fits slightly on the tighter side on me and I’m used to wearing mesh shorts a bit looser. Not sure if I should try sizing up on the next pair:
