I just watched it on youtube. Solid fight. PBF by a few points.
Good fight for him in his twilight. No cakewalks. Tough fight!

I also watched the post fight press conf on youtube.

-PBF said that if he wanted to, he could have made the fight much easier....but that he wanted to give the fans a fight. He said that if they fought again, it would not be close.

-Robert Garcia was asking for a rematch and got PBF to shake his hand. But PBF said that..."I have to see the $$ first" and that he just doesn't shake hands on deals like that."

-I doubt there will be a rematch. Amir would be a bigger draw. And it wasn't as if the result was controversial.

-PBF said that his dad was telling him throughout the fight to box...but that he decided to just do what he wanted to.

usually I'd chalk this up as bullshit

but prior to the fight Floyd made a bold statement about how Marcos won't go the distance

then in the final conference before the fight he talked about how he 'has no gameplan' for this fight

I'm a Swift fan...but this will be tough fight for him especially after the Maidana fight. I think PBF will go back to boxing/defense after that fight and look to pick opponents apart a la Canelo. Swift will come in pumped up and looking to "shock the boxing world."

To add....I don;t think PBF should consider Keith Thurman(not that he is, but he was mentioned in the article.) First, Thurman doesn't deserve that fight at this stage in his career. Second, it's not a draw(PPV, etc). Third, KT is a dangerous puncher!
