Not pissed off about this, but relevant to the thread of conversation. I have acquired a certain number of years on this planet of Earth, but not until today have I seen the chain of words "offended by a trompe l'oeil of a lei." I am going to try to find a context IRL where it would make sense to repeat that chain of words.

I had to have an ultrasound on left shoulder today and then a cortisone shot, haven't had either for 13 months. I had the scan and was told I would have to wait a week as their next injection session isn't till 7th July.WTF?

The doctor who does the shots was there and it would have taken 10 minutes to do it. But no well **** me forget the pain and discomfort I am in. Worse the clinic has jacked their prices up for the combined procedure. FUBAR
