kg learn to tie your ******* shoelaces god damn it they should align horizontally, not the way they are in that photo!!!!!!!!!!

(this just means that the initial loop should be reversed, i.e. if you do right over left, do left over right. this is the only change you need to make to have them sit properly)

tangential fun fact: having a himo lace that doesn't align horizontally can mean an automatic fail at a kendo rank promotion test

I kinda prefer the Don Draper IBM look to the fancy Italian-luxe stuff.

I would not have guessed that, but thinking about it, I can see it (not that thats my preference, but I can see why its yours).

Looks awesome. Though I see I need to update my KG Look definition in my previous post.

But if you really want to up the ante, post in the reg MC WAYWRN thread.

@kgfan5

You're one of my favorite posters from either side of the forum.

As Stitchy said, you should post it in the regular WAYWRN for maximum effect. And benefit.

Yo kg, dope tall lace all the way up Ann-esque boots. Damir type slim stacking black jeans/pants. Boot tuck. Some crazy funky slim top with straps somewhere.

how do you like the EG duffle? i'd like to pick one up next season.
I like it but it doesn't get as much wear as I expected when I bought it. The sleeves aren't lined so it's a nuisance to put on with most knits. The length is easier to wear than most duffles but's also not as, like, drapey and cozy as a big ol vtg gloverall. The natural trim is pretty high contrast, which sometimes I like and sometimes I don't. Fabric is tough as hell but scratchy. I don't know what next fall's look like. The recent ones with corduroy trim look like they solve the high contrast and scratchiness issues.

1. Dont pretend like kg has not posted a good number of fits that fall into the above.

2. Nice job leaving out the last part. ;)

3. Also, note my edit to the KG look:

Or, black derbies, black pants no break, lil bit high water, slightly drapey sweater, coat. Black, gray and white colors only.

Either way, both break downs of "The KG Look" sound very formulaic, and yet no one here consistently makes that look work as supremely good as kg does. Point being, just because you can break down a look to a rule based formula, does not mean that its easy. On either side of the wall.

Anyways, Im really repeating myself here, and I think the point speaks for itself, even if perhaps a poster whose look I chose to define may veer from the definition from time to time.
