Super long shot but I pre-ordered a 54 Valstar Cowboy jacket in Muschio. It's absolutely stunning but a size too big. If anyone got a 52 that needs a 54, LMK. Sadly, NMWA sold out of the 52 in a day. I like it so much I keep hovering over the buy button at Valstar direct even though it's several hundred more than NMWA pre-order price.

There's actually a bit you can cinch, they're quite long. Off the top of my head, you can probably get at least 1" on each tab, or 2" total. I'll double check tonight.
