guess no one likes death metal?

Saw irkallian oracle in stockholm some time ago, amazing concert, i was extremely wasted and they had this ritualistic set up (including hooded robes) that used worked brilliantly.

You're so kind. I couldn't hear for three days last time I saw them. Didn't have that problem the first time but that was in a big warehouse vs. a smaller church

I will have spare earplugs for Swans first-timers.


Saw them in stockholm for the "our father..." tour, people were actually leaving the venue due to the volume. Amazing show though,.

Old habit from the raves I go to. There's always some teenager who's at their first party who just doesn't realise how loud stuff gets. Gira even plays loud with his solo acoustic stuff.

Yep, last couple times I saw them in Koko people looked like they were in pain, not sure how the venue on Tuesday is going to be, but it's better to be prepared for the worst.

I just don't think a lot of people are used to the sheer physicality of the music that Swans are aiming for.
