Word to the wise (straight from my tailor) when thrifting for yourself, keep extra watch on shoulder width. That's the most expensive aspect to tailoring.

I finally brought in a Paul Smith Byard suit. 38R. Figured it would be sleeves and hems.

My tailor was like "sure we can shorten the sleeves and you can look frumpy or I can do it right and shorten the shoulders. You are a 36S. I'll give you the R... But I gotta shorten the shoulders."

$125 (including hemming the pants). Gahhhh!

Anyways, the takeaway is watch those shoulders!

I brought a 36R Dolce Gabbana suit for reference on the cuffs... He was like" that's a needle in a haystack... That's what you want to look for though. Still a bit too long... But I'll let it go."

This guy sells, Brioni and tailors for lots of bay area athletes.

PRL blackwatch weekender. Missing the strap... forgot to check the belt section

edit: went back to check the belt sections and surrounding areas to no avail...plenty of straps but none matching. Perhaps I'll look for a suitable replacement or just sell as is.

You live near Little Rock, right? Wear it to all day one Saturday, then sell it: Go shopping at Walmart in the AM, then go to a U. of Arkansas football game, then to dinner at Riverfront Steakhouse, and cap it off with a night at Peaches Gentleman's Club...
Or not.

Looks like it was made by Zegna, correct me if I'm wrong

That's what I was thinking too. More of a slimmer zegna, with sewn down back pleat. Hopefully sells better than Zegna shirts!

Gucci is real - made by Zegna (identical to labels for Tom Ford)

Versace! Wow, but where can you wear? =)

Thanks! Do you know how recent it might be?
