What size and price? If a medium/not huge large, I'd be very interested in a proxy.

oh ****.  I'm sorry to hear about your bathroom.   What happened?  Plumbing failure or flooding like rain/rivers, etc?  Anything covered by insurance?

If its an insurance issue, don't take the insurance company's opinion without confirming it.   They must provide a denial of coverage in writing and there are a number of legal hurdles/traps that could snag them.

Haven't explored the insurance option, yet. Just got a quote from the guy we trust who has been working on the in law's property. One of the shower wasn't done properly. There was massive leak in the pipes and water damage done to the surrounding beams. Gonna look into our coverage. Thanks.

The insurance will not pay for repairs to the faulty shower installation, BUT should pay for the "consequential damages" due to a water leak which affect the rest of the house.

Word.

I don't have enough makers knowledge to yell from the font used, but suede jodhpurs filled two holes in my rotation. Not bad trying out suede for the first time. Won't pay that if it was for floppy talk though.

PRL navy glen plaid with blue overcheck made my day. I've wanted a glen plaid for like 3 years now but never wanted to pay full price, and glen plaid usually goes for $$$ on eBay.

Another Cremieux shirt for me as well (these are always cheap and on sale) and a nice cashmere made in Italy sweater.

Cashwool overcoat (40R) has a few pockmarks but was way too cheap to pass up.

Everything else is available.

Maybe wait until after the new year if possible so your deductible is for more than 2 weeks.
